We are very proud of our success as Charolais breeders. We have bred our cattle to be gentle, easy calving, polled, with performance and quality to produce a carcass that is accepted by the consumer with tender and juicy cuts of beef. Through the carcass information that we are collecting we can identify some blood lines that excel in passing along these carcass traits to their offspring through cross-breeding.

We now utilize Ultrasound testing to aid us in identifying those desireable traits in the purebred breeding stock without having to slaughter them. This advance in technology allows us to attain a 3 generation advantage over standard carcass evaluation techniques, and we can now identify the desireable traits passed by our herd sires and cow families as they are still in production. --- Stanley M.
